Emma Keith

Agent Of Change -Winner 2017

A challenging military career including working overseas and within tri-service environments; there has also been time for a little fun, highlights include, jumping out of aircraft, wing walking and working on an aircraft carrier.  I am a keen advocate of the benefit of soft skills, a trained mediator with experience in conflict resolution and proficient in  a number of psychometrics. I am the first female to command officer and non-commissioned aircrew training for the Royal Air Force.

“I’m delighted to be a nominee because it promotes greater awareness of women working within environments which are  perceived by some, to be inaccessible to them. More broadly, I want to be part of the generation who can say we made a difference for the generation of women who followed us.”
