Being an apprentice...

Jennifer Louise Fairclough
Credit Controller
Morson International

Why did you choose your organisation to do an apprenticeship?

The reputation the company has is well valued and the support you receive is amazing.

How the company made me feel when I came for my interview was very welcome and I knew then that I would love to work for this company.

What are the benefits of your apprenticeship?

Competitive salary- especially being an apprentice

26 holidays a year

Learning key skills throughout the apprentiship and also developing my personal skills such as building confidence.

Who is your all-time role model?

My role model is my mum because she believed in everything I wanted to achieve when I didn’t think I could and look at me now, I am a qualified apprentice!

What one thing have you learnt during your experience that you could pass on?

There is lots of things I have learnt during my apprentice but the most important is commitment. If you put the time and effort into your daily role and push yourself to succeed the company will support, you all the way.  Which is why I won apprentice of the year for my company 2019.

Please shout out 2 incredible people in your network that are doing great things…
