Structure and Flow

We can learn lots about structure: routine, process, habits, hacking. Life hacking is all about structure.
There’s something between the structure and the flow. It’s breath, it’s mindfulness, it’s watching crap telly on a rainy day. It’s whatever you pay in from your North Star. It’s you doing your best.
Flow is all you. It’s the substance of you that, well, flows through the structure you’ve lovingly built for it. Your you makes the structure come alive. You can’t do flow, you just have to let your zjuzz do its thing. However much you want it to shine, you just have to let flow go.
There are infinite ways of doing things. Yours is valid. Build a structure, nurture an “and” that is tender and positive, and then get out your surfboard and see what ride that flow has in store for you.
