Supporting her female colleagues across industry by speaking at a Women in Rail Event. Inspiring the next generation in schools and colleges; showing that rail is not just for boys. And promoting her female colleague, Kelly Brown to Operations Director in April 2019.

Abi firmly believes in her Mum’s advice: “You can be anything you want to be.” And adds “We are all just people with unique skills, talents and passions. I look forward to a day when gender equality is no longer on the ‘to do list’ because it simply just is. I am absolutely delighted to be included on this years Power List and will continue to promote equality across the North.”
