What does Northern Power Women mean to you?

A community of women and men who support, encourage, champion and celebrate each other.

What is your greatest achievement?

Apart from my children (obviously!) transitioning from a Finance role into a Global Talent role which was an aspiration of mine for a very long time.

Why is it important to champion role models in the North?

If you can’t see it you can’t be it – we need to have visible role models and shine a light on the amazing talent in the North.
