What does Northern Power Women mean to you?

It’s an opportunity for women to recognise role models and for organisations to learn from each other on the best practices for driving gender diversity.

What is your greatest achievement?

Being named as a BNY Mellon STAR employee in 2011, less than 1% of the company recognised and rewarded each year.

Why is it important to champion role models in the North?

To signpost people to role models who can act as a source of inspiration regardless of background, etc and hopefully motivate others to be the best of themselves.
