What does it mean to be a Judge for the Northern Power Women Awards?

Being a judge for the Northern Power Women Awards is a truly inspiring, heart-warming experience that makes me proud to be part of the human race. Yet the purpose remains as serious as ever – to celebrate and to encourage everyone to play their part in advancing true inclusion.

If you can take one thing from the judging process, what do you want it to be?

This is my second year as a judge for Northern Power Women. Last time round I left full or awe, inspiration, ideas and some new friends. I’d defo settle for “same again” this year!

Please complete this sentence…”I am supporting Northern Power Women because…..”

I’m supporting Northern Power Women because after over three years being part of the campaign, I cannot thing of any other movement that has been so welcoming to men like me in playing our part in advancing gender balance.
