Tricia is an established senior leader, passionate and experienced about delivering significant business change and transformation. She has led teams across a range of Operational, Customer Focused, Transformation and Support Functions to deliver business results.
Tricia has recently been appointed as Chief Customer Officer at Manchester Airports Group (MAG), an executive role with accountability for the Group customer transformation programme and for IT, Operational Excellence, HR and Engineering Services.
Prior to this role, Tricia was Chief Operating Officer for Manchester Airport and, during a period of passenger growth and transformation, delivered significant change and stabilised operational performance.
Tricia’s other roles at the Airports Group have included: Group Organisational Development Director, Group Transformation Director and Customer Services Director.
Tricia also sits on the Northern Powerhouse Partnership Board, the North West Business Leadership Team and has chaired the Board of the Airport Chaplaincy for 4 years.
Tricia worked for 20 years in a number of Operational Leadership and Strategic Transformation roles for United Utilities Group, before she joined MAG.
Tricia is committed to developing people and is an active coach and mentor.
Tricia is looking forward to celebrating her 25th wedding anniversary in 2019 and loves spending time with her three sons.
