In 2018, we were approached by Michael Page to create a mentor programme in partnership with them. After taking their commitment to diversity and inclusion (particularly gender equality in the North of England) into careful consideration, we curated a 10 month mentor programme with them.

As we begin the second year of our partnership with BNY Mellon it is a great time to reflect on the activity we have collaborated on. Over the last 12 months, Northern Power Futures and BNY Mellon have kept people connected in the North of England, highlighting BNY Mellon as an employer of choice, particularly amongst emerging talent.
