EY has supported the awards for the last three years, demonstrating its commitment to accelerating gender diversity and inclusion for all in the workplace.

Recently EY collaborated with The Cranfield School of Management on its Female FTSE Board Report, which found that there were just eight female CEOs in the FTSE 100.

Alison Kay, EY’s Managing Partner for Client Service at EY in the UK & Ireland, who launched the report alongside it’s founder Professor Susan Vinnicombe, commented:
